Update

Our teams have implemented additional options for organizations to roster educators and students. As of this update the majority of organizations can roster successfully. Additionally, we have released changes that have mitigated the delays some administrators experienced last week.

Districts using NWEA Clever, NWEA Classlink or NWEA file-based rostering have not been impacted by these delays.

If you are attempting to use the HMH Rostering Service today and notice it is taking longer than expected, please allow the process to complete and do not resubmit as this will increase the delay. Thank you for your patience as we work to address this issue.

Our teams have enabled the vast majority of customers to roster. The small remaining who are still unable to roster will see a message when they attempt to roster within the platform and we are working to restore these final customers as quickly as possible. We have identified an issue impacting the HMH Rostering Service and Administrators are unable to roster. If you are only using the legacy NWEA rostering service, MARC file or manual rostering is available.

We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, and updates will be provided here when information becomes available. Thank you for your patience during this disruption.
