Resolved - NWEA engineers have resolved the lingering issue of proctors being unable to access open test sessions that were started on 9/4/2024. Please continue testing as usual.

Identified - After yesterday's system issue, some test sessions are stuck and unable to be resumed. NWEA engineers are working to identify a solution. In the meantime, District Proctors can create test sessions on behalf of teachers to get them started as a workaround.

Resolved - NWEA engineers have resolved this issue. All indications are that partners are able to login to the NWEA start page and resume use of NWEA products.

NWEA engineers continue to monitor this issue.

There was no loss of assessment data during this incident. All MAP Growth tests that were able to complete have been saved in the system.

Monitoring - NWEA engineers have narrowed down the issue to a third party vendor, and are now working with them to identify the root cause and have implemented a potential fix. All indications are that partners are able to login to MAP Growth. NWEA engineers continue to monitor this issue.

We recommend that if you suspended testing for today, you continue to suspend testing until tomorrow.

There was no loss of assessment data during this incident. All MAP Growth tests that were able to complete have been saved in the system.

Investigating - NWEA engineers are currently investigating an issue where some partners are unable to log in to access the MAP Suite of products. This includes MAP Growth, MAP Reading Fluency, MAP Accelerator, and Acacia. Some partners can log in and access the start page but are noticing a slower load time than usual.

We recommend continuing testing if you can log in successfully. If you are unable to log in, please discontinue testing and subscribe to this post for further updates.

Resolved - This issue is resolved. All MAP Growth reports are operational and data from 8/28/24 test events is now visible

Monitoring - Update: NWEA engineers identified a root cause and have implemented a fix. All MAP Growth reports should be fully functional.

NWEA engineers continue to monitor this issue.

Please note, there was no loss of data; all MAP Growth test data is securely recorded in the MAP Growth system. This issue was solely related to the display of data in specific reports.

Investigating - Currently, the District Profile, School Profile, and Class Profile reports are not displaying assessment data for tests completed on 8/28/2024. However, data for tests completed on or before 8/28/2024 remains accessible through the Student Profile report or other legacy reports. NWEA engineers are actively investigating this issue. Please note, there is no loss of data; all MAP Growth test data is securely recorded in the MAP Growth system. This issue is solely related to the display of data in specific reports.

We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available. In the meantime, we recommend continuing with your normal testing schedule.
