Monitoring - We have identified the issue to a vendor managed system and have escalated the issue to them. We are monitoring the situation.

Identified - We have confirmed an issue that is causing new user registrations to fail on Destination PD. All previously registered users can still access courses and content on the system, and Destination PD is up and available. However new user accounts cannot be created.
