Update - Per our vendor: Underlying infrastructure issues have now been resolved and customer restoration efforts will be kicked off shortly. In order to ensure affected sites are in a ideal working state, elements of the infrastructure will be safely shutdown and restarted starting in the next 10-15 minutes. This may cause sites that have not been impacted to experience a window of downtime while the infrastructure elements reboot.

Update - We are currently experiencing an issue with a hosted vendor (Jive) which impacted some external services, including start.nwea.org and Communities. The start page issues have been mitigated, but Communities is completely down.

Resolved - We have resolved the issue with users not able to access MAP or Skills Navigator using Microsoft Windows and Internet Explorer 11 or lower. The system is operational and users that need to use Internet Explorer 11 can now do so.

Update - Engineers have identified a fix and will deploy from 5PM to 5:30PM PDT today. During the deployment time, users of Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) or lower web browser versions on Microsoft Windows will continue to experience a blank screen when trying to login to MAP or Skills Navigator. Other browsers are not affected.

We are strongly encouraging students in a MAP test session, during the 30-minute deployment window, to wait until 5:30PM PDT to resume testing.
