Update - Our vendor has communicated that the issue is resolved on their end. We are in the process of validating and will mark this issue resolved once we can verify this is resolved.

Monitoring - Our vendor has acknowledged that the incident is caused by the networking equipment responsible for a previous incident. They are actively working the incident. We will update this incident again within 2 hours.

Identified - Our monitoring has indicated that NWEA Connection (https://community.nwea.org) is down and inaccessible. In checking with the vendor, they indicate an issue with the same load balancer which caused the outage yesterday. We will update the status of this incident within an hour or less.

Resolved - Confirmed NWEA Connection is up and available. Per our vendor: "We apologize for the long delay. We have been working hard on fixing the load balancer issues and we finally stabilized the servers. The instances should be up and running again."

Update - Our vendor is actively working this issue. NWEA Connection does seem available; however, we will continue to monitor and assess until our vendor indicates that the issue is fully resolved. Downgrading this incident to Severity 4.
