Resolved - Maintenance is complete and the system is ready for use. Proctor out of sync with Student Testing Progress has been resolved.

Identified - Our Engineers have been working diligently to isolate the proctor console syncing problem. We understand how much proctors rely on the functionality that has been impacted. On May 16th, we will conduct system maintenance between the hours of 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm PDT in the effort to rectify this problem. The system will be unavailable and you will not be able to test during that time. We will alert you by 5:00 pm PDT on May 16th via this status page when systems are available again.

Update - Engineers have identified an issue with the MAP Growth Proctor Console being out out of sync with Student Testing Progress. We are working to resolve the issue.

Recommendation: Testing initiation and progress are not impacted. We recommend that you continue to test according to your normal testing schedules. Next update will be no later than 3:00PM PDT. We apologize for any inconvenience.
